MindMePlay

Terms of Service

Last updated: 15 June 2026

1. About MindMePlay

MindMePlay is provided by MINDMEPLAY LTD (registered in England and Wales; 51 King's Square, Taunton TA1 3FN). It is a mental conditioning and journaling app for cricketers, providing guided audio sessions, journaling tools, and progress features intended to support focus, confidence, and reflection.

MindMePlay is a wellbeing and performance tool. It is not a medical product, a diagnostic tool, or a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or coaching advice. If you have concerns about a young person's mental or physical health, please speak to a qualified professional.

2. Who can use the app

By setting up a young player's profile, a parent or guardian confirms they have the authority to agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy on the young player's behalf, and that they consent to the young player's use of the app.

3. Founding Membership (subscription)

MindMePlay is in its launch period. Some features are still being developed and improved, and parts of the app may change, be added, or be removed. Because the app is being actively developed, it is provided "as is": we aim for a reliable, high-quality experience, but we cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Founding Membership is an annual, auto-renewing subscription:

If we change the membership or its price, we will make the change clear before it applies to you.

5. Acceptable use

When using MindMePlay, you agree not to:

6. Your content

Journal entries, notes, and other content you create belong to you. This content is stored on your device so you can access your own history; we do not see it. If you are an adult member and choose to switch on cloud backup (a membership benefit from July 2026), your own profile's content is also stored on our servers with your explicit consent, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not publish your content, sell it, or share it with other users.

7. Our content

The app, its design, its guided sessions, its written and audio content, and the MindMePlay name and branding are owned by us or our licensors. You may use them only within the app as intended. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission.

8. Availability and changes

We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the app at any time, particularly during this launch period. We may also update these terms. When we make a significant change, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify users in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Ending use

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access to an account if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken, or if needed to protect users or comply with the law.

10. Disclaimers and liability

MindMePlay is provided to support wellbeing and performance, but it cannot guarantee any particular outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Nothing in these terms affects the statutory rights of consumers, including parents and guardians, under applicable law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This does not remove any protection available to you under the laws of the country where you live.
